When speaking of Diversity and Inclusion, one cannot disregard a process of valorising diversity in all its forms, pivoting on the innovative and creative potential of transversal thinking and the generative value of relational communities, in order to promote the recognition, respect and valorisation of talents.
Underlying Diversity are the founding principles of circularity, inclusiveness and sustainability, in a virtuous path that makes Diversity the pivot of value and development processes within organisations. In other words, it is not possible to separate the change of life, private or professional, experienced by all people from the definition of a virtuous process dedicated to the enhancement of individual specificities.
