Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.-
There is no fee for submission or publication.
The following Open Access Policies apply: The journal Quaderni di Communità. Persone, Educazione e Welfare nella Società 5.0; in the case of special issues, it offers authors the possibility to choose open access publication (gold), without embargo period, by purchasing 100 copies in total, for a total of max € 2,500.00. - The contribution is anonymous and contains no data identifying the author and co-authors. (I also checked that the ‘File > Properties’ option in the Word document does not contain any information identifying the author and co-authors).
- Articles must be in Italian, English (British standard) or Spanish. Writing should be coincise and correct. For contributions written in a foreign language we strongly recommend that you submit the article to a professional review before the submission.

Articles that do not comply with the Editorial Rules of the journal will not be accepted.

- Articles should be compiled in the following order: tilte page; abstract; keywords; main text (number of tables and figures cited in the article); acknowledgement; references; appendices.
- Reference list: a reference list contains only references that are cited in the text. Its accurancy, completeness and editorial standard respect are the responsibility of the author(s).
- Tables, figures and illustrations should present data to the reader in a clear and unambiguous manner. The author(s) should not describe the data in the text in such detail that illustration or text is redundant. They should be submitted in Microsoft Word, RTF or Excel Format typed on separate pages. They should be numbered consecutively and cited in the article.

Third-party content declaration
Third-party content is defined as any material within the manuscript which is not your original work.
Third-party content may consist of text passages, figures, photos, poems, song lyrics, screenshots, etc. and
be found in many places such as, but not limited to, the Internet, print and online books and articles,
theses, annual reports, conference material, photocopies, course packages, and translations.
In particular, you should pay close attention to sensitive images containing identifiable persons, logos,
brands/trademarks, images from agencies, or from the Internet as well as text content such as song lyrics,
poems, interviews, social media content and references to commercial entities. You are responsible for
the authorization of rights to third-party content contained in the article submitted by you for
publication.
Please confirm if your manuscript contains any third-party content. (If you are not the author, you confirm
that you are authorised to act on their behalf).
● All of the material is the original work of the authors, editors, contributors and no further permissions
are required.
● The material contains third-party content. The necessary permissions have been obtained and are
available on request by the Publisher.

Privacy Statement
The purpose of this document (hereinafter the "Privacy Policy") is to inform Users about personal data, understood as any information that allows the identification of a natural person (hereinafter the "Personal Data"), collected by the website Quaderni di Comunità. Persone, Educazione e Welfare nella società 5.0 (hereinafter the "Application").
The Data Controller, as subsequently identified, may modify or simply update, in whole or in part, this Information by informing the Users. Changes and updates will be binding as soon as they are posted on the Application. Users are therefore invited to read the Privacy Policy each time they access the Application.
In case of non-acceptance of the changes made to the Privacy Policy, Users are required to stop using this Application and may request the Data Controller to remove her/his Personal Data.
1. Personal Data collected by the Application
The Data Controller collects the following types of Personal Data:
A. Content and information provided voluntarily by Uses
Contact data and contents: these are the Personal Data that Users voluntarily provide to the Application during its use, such as personal data, contact details, access credentials to the services and/or products provided, personal interests and preferences and other personal contents, etc.
Failure by the Users to provide Personal Data, for which there is a legal or contractual obligation or if they constitute a necessary requirement for the use of the service or for the conclusion of the contract, will make it impossible for the Data Controller to provide its services fully or partly.
The Users who communicate Personal Data of third parties are directly and exclusively responsible for their origin, collection, treatment, communication or dissemination.
B. Data and content automatically acquired while using the Application:
Technical data: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Application may acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified Users, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with Data held by third parties, allow Users to be identified. This category includes the IP addresses, or domain names used by Users who connect to the Application, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained, etc.
Usage data: Personal Data relating to the use of the Application by the User may also be collected, such as, for example, the pages visited, the actions performed, the functions and services used.
C. Personal data collected through cookies or similar technologies:
The Application uses cookies, web beacons, unique identifiers and other similar technologies to collect Personal Data on pages, visited links and other actions performed when using our services. They are memorized to then be retransmitted at the next visit by the same User.
2. Purpose
The Personal Data collected can be used for the execution of contractual and pre-contractual obligations and for legal obligations as well as for the following purposes:
- External management of payments by credit card, bank transfer or other means: to manage payments of Users through external platforms that acquire payment data without the owner of the Application having access.
- Personal Data are communicated to Poste, forwarding agent
- Sending email or newsletter and managing mailing list: to contact the User with emails containing commercial and promotional information related to the Application.
- Support and contact with the User: to respond to the User’s requests and help her/him in case of problems.
3. Method of treatment
The processing of Personal Data is carried out by means of computer and/ or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.
In some cases, parties involved in the Data Controller’s organization (such as personnel managers, sales people, system administrators, etc.) or external subjects may also have access to Personal Data (such as IT companies, service providers, postal carriers, hosting providers, etc.). These subjects may, if necessary, be appointed Data Processors by the Data Controller, as well as access to the Users' Personal Data whenever necessary and will be contractually obliged to keep Personal Data confidential.

4. Legal basis of processing
The processing of Personal Data relating to the User is based on the following legal bases:
- the consent given by the User for one or more specific purposes;
- the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract with the User and/or the execution of pre-contractual measures;
- the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject;
- the treatment is necessary for the execution of a task of public interest or for the exercise of public powers of the Data Controller
- the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller or of third parties
- the processing is necessary for the pursuit of a vital interest of the Data Controller or of third parties.

5. Place
Personal Data is processed at the Data Controller's operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. 6. Security measures
The Processing is carried out according to methods and with tools suitable for guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of Personal Data, since the Data Controller has adopted adequate technical and organizational measures which guarantee, and allow to demonstrate, that the Processing is carried out in compliance with the reference legislation.
7. Data retention period
Personal Data will be kept for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected.
In particular, the Personal Data will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, for the execution of the obligations inherent and consequent to the same, for compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory obligations, as well as for own or third party defensive purposes.
If the processing of Personal Data is based on the User's consent, the Data Controller may keep the Personal Data until the consent is revoked.
Personal Data may be kept for a longer period if necessary to fulfill a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
All Personal Data will be deleted or stored in a form that does not allow identification of the User within 30 days of the end of the retention period. Upon expiry of this term, the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to the portability of Personal Data can no longer be exercised.
8. Automated decision-making processes
All Personal Data collected will not be subject to any automated decision-making process, including profiling, which may produce legal effects for the person or which may significantly affect him.
9. User rights
Users can exercise certain rights with reference to the Personal Data processed by the Owner. In particular, the User has the right to:
- withdraw consent at any time;
- object to the processing of your personal data;
- access your Personal Data;
- verify and request rectification; obtain the limitation of the treatment;
- obtain the cancellation of their Personal Data;
- receive their Personal Data or have them transferred to another holder;
- lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Supervisory Authority and/or act in court.
To exercise their rights, Users can direct a request to the contact details of the Owner indicated in this document. Requests are made free of charge and processed by the Data Controller as soon as possible, in any case within 30 days.
