No. 1 (2022): Challenges and opportunities for education, training and labour systems in the emergency period

View No. 1 (2022): Challenges and opportunities for education, training and labour systems in the emergency period

As never before, at all latitudes, there is a clear perception of a crisis and emergency situation for which it is hard to see an end. This issue, therefore, is dedicated to recounting the attempts and strategies to recover from the devastating social and economic effects of the global pandemic. The trait that unites all the contributions in the columns and essays is identifiable in the search for the creative, reflective and generative drive that the individual is able to activate, drawing on his or her personal and community resources, to cope with crisis situations. The overview that we wish to offer aims at observing the collective effort in this time of uncertainty, aimed at seeking new and essential forms of cooperation to tackle complex problems and common difficulties.
